DBS application:
No DBS – You will be encouraged to complete and pay for the application online.
3rd party DBS registered for the update service – No further action required.(to register your DBS for update service please click here )
All applicants will be followed up by a Recruitment consultant for completing the below mentioned procedures:
- Initial pre-interview session and selection.
- If the application forms are found incomplete, the applicants will be informed prior to their interview.
- The selected applicants will be called up for a person to person interview.

Step 2
You will be required to attend a person to person interview with a highly qualified interviewer
- Original Right to work documents will be scanned and confirmed with an ID scan.
- Eligibility documents like Proof of National Insurance & Proof of address will be reviewed and scanned.
- Copy of 3rd party DBS registered with the update service will be certified and scanned.
- Original qualification certificates and training documents will be scanned.
- Completed application form will be evaluated to authenticate employment history and previous work experience.
Meet the Compliance Team
Step 3
All documents available from the interview will be reviewed and attached to your agency profile.
You will be contacted by a compliance officer to discuss outstanding compliance requirements.
References will be sent out for completion and verification to substantiate stipulated experience.
Qualifications and training certificates will be verified by checking with the client requirements, and essential training will be offered if found outdated/missing.
All additional compliance requirements will be requested in line with client specifications.
Ready to Work
Step 4
Your profile will be cleared to a workable status if selected.
Your availability can be updated online by downloading our App on your mobile
Shift administrator will contact the selected candidates to discuss your work
Step 5
Annual Compliance checks
Annual compliance checks will be completed to ensure you remain compliant in your work.
